Air flow through intake manifold

Hey,
I am working on intake manifold for our fsae team. Our engine is honda cbr600rr 2012. I really want to know that Which domain or boundary should ı use ? I mean, ı want to give some inlet for example, pressure, air speed, engine vacuum or outlet. I need to this informations. Thanks for attention
