I can't install license for ANSYS Student Product

Dear All,

I am trying to install the free version of Ansys Academic software which is downloadable from the website:http://www.ansys.com/student

I watched a video too in youtube on how to install ansys 16 which can be access by:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5iTJKLF3Fo

But when I am trying to install Ansys LM, it's not installed successfully as shown in the above video and it is showing the errors as attached in the picture.

Can anyone please help me to identify where is the problem and how to solve it? BTW, I am not interested to install a cracked version. Thanks for reading my post and hope to hear back from someone kind.
