Help please CFD Post does not open

Hey there I am new to ANSYS and after doing my calculations i got the right solutions however when i double-click on results CFD Post does not with an error 'Application failed to connect' ( details are given in attached image ) .
Also when i export results manually and then open cfd post manually i get everything right . Can anyone help with this issue please ? |
