mahmoodn is on a distinguished road
Why ansys supports only some GPU cards? For example I have a quadro m2000 but ansys says it only supports M6000 from maxwell series. Why?

My personal opinion: The main reason might be that they teamed up with Nvidia to develop the GPU acceleration features. Ansys got help from Nvidia implementing GPU acceleration, in turn they only support the most expensive GPUs from Nvidia.
