tri2tet stopped prematurely while doing delaunay

I was trying to mesh a simple wing geometry.I usually generate octree delete volumes.improve quality to greater than 0.2 and generate Delaunay.
But now after I edit and correct the mesh problemz, Delaunay doesn't generate.It gives the error.'tri2tet stopped prematurely'. I deleted a few line elements and smoothed the mesh to improve quality. Can anyone tell me what this is.It been eating my head for the past two weeks.Tried renumbering the nodes too.doesnt work |
