Outlet streamlines are biased to the right

Default Outlet streamlines are biased to the right

Could anyone help me, Please !!

in this case, the flow is going into this turbine from the upper inlet and supposed to be discharged from the outlet at the bottom. But as you can see in the image the flow doesn't go directly to the outlet and biased to the right and I don't know why that happened. Although I selected the outlet to be all the bottom face and the outlet BC is zero gauge pressure.

I wish to find the reason.
