What setting do I use for rotorcraft simulation?

I have been trying to model the flow caused by a ceiling fan and both the rotating mesh as well as the rotating wall boundary conditions produce results which are far from the theoretical values. Can someone tell me how they did the rotorcraft simulation in ANSYS FLUENT?
