Is there an adaptive mesh feature in ANSYS?

I come from Autodesk CFD, which has a feature called "adaptive meshing" where it dynamically changes the mesh in areas that have sharp geometry changes and need more refinement. Does ANSYS have a similar feature? I have looked online, but did not find anything. Perhaps it goes by a different name?

Certainly. Both fluent and CFX have this.
