Default Ask for help: can VOF model ruptue of water film in <100nm scale?

I'm doing a simulation of water film rupture and I would like to have a look at the moment of film rupture. However, at that moment, water film usually <100nm.
So, is NS equation still available? I can do refine mesh so the resolution is not a problem.
