ANSYS - ICEPACK ERROR - Cant read "ret"

Shaik Fathimunnisa is on a distinguished road

I was simulating a data center with RACK and CRAC components. After clicking on run simulation an error i.e. Error can't read "ret": no such variable showed up and the simulation stopped.
Iam also attaching the image for further reference.
Please provide the solution as soon as possible
