when meshing the model, occur a problem.

hello, all;
the Ansys which i used is the ANSYS 12, and when i do a modal case, and import the model and define the dimension of the model, and when i mesh or solve this case, occur the problem. this error message: "AnsysWBU.exe has encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C:\User\shijin~1\Appdata\Local\Temp\AnsysWBDumpFil e.dmp". http://home.simwe.com/attachment/201...9270543iaC.jpg Any idea whats wrong would be helpful, thanks in advance.
