Question Temperature Limit for Cooling System

I am currently running a simulation with a chilling coil in an inlet cooling system. I simplified the chilling coil as a combination of heat generator(negative value) and resistance.
Problem arises at low speed areas where the air can be as low as -30 degrees. This is certainly not the case in real life.
I wonder if anyone has experience setting temperature limit in the heat exchange simulation? or are there any other models that suit my case better?

Really appreciate the help!

Are you simply using a resistance with a negative heat gen? Or the Heat Exchanger material?

Thanks for your response. I was using a resistance with a negative heat gen. As far as I know heat exchanger is mostly used as external heat source, but in my case it is internal.

Yes, the are really designed to be used externally. If you use them internally, you need to use a flag to be sure that the inlet and outlet flow rates are consistent with one another.
Check this out: Heat Exchanger Mass Balance

I tend to just use a resistance but it depends on the goal.
