hi guys
I am simluating single-phase boiling in engine coolinhg passages via CFD software AVL Fire, but it diverges alot. I wanna to know what's the problem???I used a nice mesh (tet) , what do u think?what about turbulence parameters?I use turbulence lenght scale=0.001 m and turbulence kinetik energy 1 m2/s3 . I use k-e model and upwind scheme to discretise the all equations. please help me . if have any cooment tell me . thanks in advance
best wishes

first check your mesh using check info option. check for negative cells, volumes, skewness, partially negative cells, twisted faces. if u find any fault then u have to smoothen ur mesh or worst case redo whole thing
