Display in Windows -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Anthony Guest Posts: n/a	Hello all. I am new to Star-CD and am having problems with getting the display to work properly in the Windows XP Pro environment. I have installed the version of XVision that came with the software; however, I keep getting an error message when I try to open any of the products available from the Star-Launch screen such as Pro-Star, etc. The error says "Error attempting to open X display". It seems like this must be an environment variable that needs to be set but I have tried and tried without any success to configure it properly. Any help that can be offered would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Anthony
