Help needed for Bdry conditions

I have been given a pipe with internal diameter 25 mm nd length 1 m... max pressure 60 atm... how and where should I give the boundary and pressure conditions??? I need to find max shear stress and force on nodes along thickness... I also have to find the thickness for max shear stress of 40 MPa??? Please help... its urgent...
