Simple CFD heat transfer analysis of a body into surrounding air (URGENT)

I am new to CFD and i want to carry out a simple CFD simulation of a cuboid being heated and the heat transfer to the surrounding air using ABAQUS CFD. Also the temperature distribution on the cuboid. Kindly help me out.

my project requires it to be done with ABAQUS CFD only unfortunately. Can u tell me how to find the convection heat transfer coefficient between the body and the surrounding air by using fluid structure co-simulation in ABAQUS?
