As an undergraduate student, I'm fairly new to CFD. This problem is quite difficult in comparison to everything I've encountered in my coursework thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will be compensated, thanks.

Have you been told expressly that you need to use CFD to solve this problem? This is straightforward to solve with the oblique shock equations found in any standard compressible flow textbook like Anderson/ Zucrow & Hoffman / Shapiro.
