Distillery ventillation

Hi Guys
I am trying to do a hazardous area analysis for my distillery and the IEC 60079-10.1 code is super conservative. I read a paper that someone wrote where they did CFD analysis of various scenarios and compared the result to 60079-10.1 and the result was that the code was 20 times conservative.
I will have a building that is 9x7x4.5m and I will have a bunded area with 2 copper stills in it. I will have ducting near the floor about 4m long with, say, 5 vents sucking at a rate up to, say, 3500m3/hr. The scenario is that 900L of alcohol at 50% ABV is discharged onto the floor and I want to understand the concentration gradient in the room of alcohol in the air. I am particularly interested in understanding at what height the concentration goes below 0.25*LFL (lower flammability limit).
