Inflation Layers/thickness causing solution convergence problems

Hi There,

As the title suggests, I'm having problems with solver convergence in cfx. I have narrowed the problem down to:

- if i increase the no. of inflation layers beyond 7, the solution doesn't converge
- if i set the no. of layers to five, but decrease the total thickness below 1.4mm, the solution doesn't converge.

I am modeling a toy car within a wind tunnel using the sst turb. model.

But in your case it seems like you have a mesh quality issue.
