Some confused problems in CFX with mesh deformation options

I'm doing FSI analysis with agard wing, but in the Default Domian there have a Mesh Deformation options what means about the options like Regions of Motion Specified, Displacement Diffusion and the difference with Previous Mesh, Initial Mesh or Increase near Boundaries, Increase near Small Volumes, Value. When I use these options and how to use these?
