Hi;
1-How can I produce like this mesh. Of course with cfx.(a&b)
2-in (13) image ; Whether structured or Hybrid Grid?

This is mesh refinement by the cut cell mesh method. CFX does not support cut cell meshes. CFD codes which do include Fluent and gerris.

CFX can do mesh refinement, but with a conformal mesh.

have a look at mesh adaptation in the documentation. Also I think there are some tutorials using it - they either come with CFX or are available on the ANSYS customer page.
