Have anyone experience with carburizing modelling in ansys cfx or have anyone tutorials to this process

It is a pretty specialised process, I do not like your chances of finding anybody who has done it. You might have more luck with ANSYS support.

But the basic principle is carbon from a source (usually a flame) enters some steel and diffuses in. CFX has models for all these processes - so far so good - but the devil is in the detail of course.
