What is the force from? Does it act on the blade or the fluid? Are you doing FSI on the blade or is the blade rigid?

Are you thinking of adding flow momentum as a source term in your plasma actuator model? If yes, how are you going to define the plasma boundary that will change depending on the strength? Just go with a simpler approach in CFX.

dear ghorrocks
force are number in x&y direction that act on the fluid not on the blade
the blade is rigid assumed

Then apply it as a momentum source, as turbo has already stated (and I already stated on your other thread).
