Have a look in the workbench directory structure for the file. It does exist as a stand alone CFX file, but it is a bit hard to find. The structure is a little complex but with a little thought you should figure it out.

Just for those who will look at this in the future,
here is the solution. 1) You open the workbench directory folder. 2) Go to dp0 3) Then to the corresponding CFX folder 4) Again open the CFX folder 5) There you will find 4 files, i) A .cfx file which is the the cfx pre file ii) A .def which is the solution file (which what I need in my case to give to the server) iii)A .res file which is the results file (a.k.a CFX-Post) All these are stand alone files and you can with them separately.
