Hi
I am simulating a ventilated disc brake rotor in CFX. Only one-fourth of the disk brake has been computed because of the its symmetry. But I have an the following error: Why does this happen? Some BC are as follows: I am grateful that guide me in this case. Thanks. |

Exactly as the error message states, your boundary "sym solid" is on two planes at 90 degrees to each other. It needs to be a single plane. So split this symmetry boundary into two symmetry boundaries, with each being a single plane.
