An error has occurred in cfx5launch: The CFX Launcher C:\CFX\CFX-5.7\bin\winnt\Launcher.exe could not be started, or exited with return code 255: .

It means what it says, the launcher can not be started. Check to see if the executable Launcher.exe is in the correct call point or directory, right click on the launcher icon and check the property, it should tell you where the executable is, if you still can start it ,uninstall CFX and re intsall it.
