Hello , my name is tobias and I recieve following error message by the CFX solver:
An error has occurred in cfx5solve: The CFX-5 solver was interrupted by signal SEGV (11) No results file has been created. I simulate the flow out of a helicopter rear fan as 2D simulation (free jet problem). At the inlet boundaries I use previuos calcuteted data profiles for total temperature an for velocity. I stored the data profiles in a Profile Data file (this file is located in the current working directory). There was no problem for CFXPre to initialise the Profile Data File . I guess CFXSolver has a problem in locating the data profiles, because no error message occurs if I run the same simulation without using Profil Data for the inlet regions. I work with a linux computer (32 bit). Perhaps somebody is able to help me with this problem, thanks tobias. |
