Default Particle Injection User Fortran Routine

Has anyone had experience with using a fortran sub-routine for particle injection?

I used a CFX template, created the library, created the link in CFX-pre, but it fails to run, stating that it cannot find the library file, even though the file is in the place where it states it cannot find it!

has anyone had similar experiences that they could shed light on the matter?

Thanks

Adam

Yes, but don't remember if i've had this type of problem.

have you made sure that calling name, library name & path are correct, & that calling & library name correctly match with your fortran file?

Yes, the calling name, library name and path are exactly the same that it is trying to find.

Not sure what's causing the problem.

Dear Adam,

Have you checked the .out file to make sure that the options you have selected in Pre have been correctly written to the .def file?

Also regarding library path, the path selected is not supposed to be the directory that contains the .dll & .o files (for windows in this case) but the directory above that.

Hope this helps

Hi Adam

I'm interested in the cfx-Fortran-template for Particle-Injection. Could you please send me a copy of that?

I still worked with ccl-skripts, but with that it is only possible to create about 250 injection-regions. Perhaps it would work for more regions with user fortran

bye martin
