How can I enter both mass flow and pressure? |

If you are asking how can you set a boundary condition where both mass flow rate and pressure set - well, you can't. In CFX the normal approach when you are an inlet and an outlet is to set one as a pressure boundary and the other as a mass flow rate boundary. This achieves the same thing. But if your situation is more complex than this it might not be possible.
