To perform an analysis using Conjugate Heat Transfer, can TurboGrid be used to obtain the meshed solid domains or is it only for the fluid domain?

I mean, I always did turbomachinery analysis and TurboGrid gave me the fluid meshed domain, but for CHT I need solid domain, such as blade thickness.

Is it necessary for CHT to do geometry and meshing without TurboGrid or BladeGen?

Thanks a lot
