Default Mesh Deformation Problem

Hi I have tried to work on the work out a few problems of mesh deformation ,including Tutorial 20:Fluid Structure Interaction and Mesh Deformation using Using a Junction Box Routine to Govern Mesh Deformation. The problem is set well in pre but whan its exported to Solver it ends with an error massage Reading mesh for map generation File NOT read: *\meshes\Fluid.0 where Fluid.0 is the name of the mesh coordinte file at the start of timestep and writing a crash recovery file

ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | Message: | Stopped in routine SET_MESH_USER

Even in the Tutorial example the program is unable to read the initial mesh file, so I guess their is no problem with the mesh topology or the coordinate.

Anyone with any Idea
