Please, someone can tell me how I can determinate automatically the value of y+ in Ansys cfx?

Hello. You can make it on CFX post once you have the results. You can use, on tools, the function calculator. Choose function: areave Location: "walls" variable: yplus (not solver yplus). Bye.

Hai Stefano,
After doing a first run, I import my results file into CFX post and draw a contour of yplus. Then I control the visibility of the yplus by user defined values and have a look on the areas of higher yplus values. Knowing the areas, I parallelly change them in ICEM. Regards, Subha. |
