The computer unexpectedly shuts down during cfx steady-state solution. Can I resume the calculation?

If you have saved a backup file then yes. If not then the simulation is lost and you need to start again.
If you are running on an unreliable computer then you need to save backup files regularly so you do not loose everything.

There is no reason for the computer to shut down when running Ansys CFX, or any software unless is explicitly ordered to shut down (given the correct permissions)
However, if your computer has a cooling issue, and it is being used to maximum it may be overheating, and the failsafe mechanism is shutting itself down for protection.
