Hi
I am running LES simulation with periodic boundaries. I am monitoring velocity at a point in my domain. I observe steady increase in my velocity. Why is that?? Any input will be welcome. Thank you |

Hi,
Almost always this is due to the physics of the simulation you have defined, for instance a heat source with no heat sink so the temperature steadily rises. It can also be caused by inadequate convergence. Glenn Horrocks |

Hi Glenn
I am observing significant increase in my velocity. As a result my LES results look very different than my RANS solution. At the start of my siumlation I had a velocity of 2 m/s but now its almost 3.5 m/s. There has to be something here. |
