waynezw0618 Guest Posts: n/a	Hi recently i can not run cfx in paralle model in MPICH model.but i can run it before.i have changed nothing. error message is : rm_28007: p4_error: semget failed for setnum: 0 A fatal error has occurred in cfx5remote on cn98: cfx5remote was interrupted by the user. An error has occurred in cfx5solve: The ANSYS CFX solver was interrupted by signal PIPE (13) No results file has been created. can any one help me ? thanks wayne
