Hi,
I'm trying to run a series of jobs in parallel on a linux cluster. Starting jobs from a batch file as well as from command line works as long as I run the partitioner (cfx5solve -def model.def -part-mode orcb -par-dist 'host01*8,host02*8,host03*8,host04*8,host05*8,host 06*8'). Using a partitioner file works as long as I'm starting the job from the command line using cfx5solve -def model.def -par-dist 'host*8,host02*8,host03*8,host04*8,host05*8,host06 *8' -parfile-read model.par. As soon as I try to start the job from a batch file, I get an error message stating that the par-file doesn't exist. Has anybody got any hints what I should try differently? Thanks Hannes |
