Default break-up model tutorial (for liquid octane injection)

Does anyone know of any turial that goes through explaining the basics of the break-up model? I want to have liquid octane injection at a certain pressure.
I know the dynamics/multi-phase of injection is very complex, but for now, I am looking at getting an average speed of the resulting spray.
