multiphase volume fraction defintion

Dear all,
i am doing a transient simulation. A solid is pressing in a fluid. the Fluid contains water and air. How can i define in CFX which part of the domain contains water or air ? there is no outlet and inlet. thanks for an answer. daniel |

The CFX tutorials show the various ways water and air can be specified. The 2D flow over a bump one shows the free surface approach, the bubble column one shows the eularian approach.

Specify the working fluids as Water and air. That may solve your problem.
