Just a quick question, when specifying turbulence intensity at the inlet in CFX there's a term called "fractional intensity". Say the Tu is 0.8% at inlet should this parameter be set to 0.008 or just 0.8?

you should enter 0.008 which multiplyes by 100 equals to 0.8%
