Use the "wall clock time" in the output file to measure simulation time.

I don't see it, Maybe because the simulation's transitory? here's the info in the outfile before the latest timestep:
================================================== ==================== | Timestepping Information | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | Timestep | RMS Courant Number | Max Courant Number | +----------------------+----------------------+----------------------+ | 5.0000E-03 | 54.53 | 289.92 | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ================================================== ==================== TIME STEP = 1245 SIMULATION TIME = 6.2250E+00 CPU SECONDS = 3.671E+05 (THIS RUN: 810 4.0500E+00 2.355E+05) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- COEFFICIENT LOOP ITERATION = 1 CPU SECONDS = 2.355E+05 |

No, wall clock time is reported for all runs which successfully complete. It is at the end of the output file for the entire run (which includes setup and packup time) and at the end of the iterations (which only includes solution time).
