Error 255 in ANSYS CFX solver

Hi
Im simulating flow around a waterjet propelled ship with free surface in ANSYS CFX. I use Interface which change the pressure in the duct instead of pump effect. jet flow injects in water phase and the ship dont have any movement ( 0 degree of freedom). when its solving, after 10 time step, Error 255 occur and the solving crashes. I minimize the time step to 0.008 s and it occur again.
can anyone help me with this problem ?

Your simulation is not starting? Can you start other simulations? Is the software installed correctly? If that is OK then you are going to have to look at your physics one bit at a time to figure out what is not working.

Yes, simulation wasn't starting.
But I can run it in Serial Run Mode. So I think problem in MPI installation/settings.
