warning and converge has stoped

hello everyone
when i run my simulation in the first there is this warning WARNING: areas of periodic boundaries 4 and 5 do not match. This may cause mass loss. what dose it mean? and how can i resolve that. second my running after 46 cycle run has stop like this attach file please help me |

Period boundaries happen in pairs and their areas should match exactly. Gas and parcel mass that goes out of the domain by one periodic boundary is introduced in to the domain through the other. For this purpose we recommend exact surface triangulation on both periodic surfaces so that the surface areas will be the same. If this condition is not satisfied mass which leaves from one periodic boundary will be be introduced through the other exactly.

Use "Make Surface" utility in CONVERGE Studio v2.4. The sector made from this utility is guaranteed to have similar area of the two periodic surfaces. If you have not used this feature before, send me your email address and I will send you a document that teaches you how to use it.

my converge studio is v2.2 must i use v2.2 ? i can't do it in v2.2? my mail is jiliyur@yahoo.com

No, I recommend you using v2.4 Studio. Make surface is not in v2.2 Studio. I sent you the slides on Make surface
