Hello all,
I am trying to run a simulation, for which i know the TANASAWA distribution. As I am trying to model the same in Converge, I tried using Chi squared and rosin rammler distribution. my smd is 20 times smaller than the nozzle dia. So whan I use rosin rammler or Chi square distribution , I see a constant increase in SMD, unitill the injection stops. After which it starts dropping, which I am guessing is because of evaporation.
Could any one guide me why this trend occurs.

PS I even tried with Constant SMD, still I get increasing SMD.

When you specify a SMD, you will have both small and big droplets. Small droplets will evaporate very quickly. Therefore your SMD (based on big droplets) will increase first. When big droplets start to evaporate, your SMD will decrease again.

Thanks,
