I want to do simulation with recirculating exhaust gas in sector model of engines. I want to know how to convert the emission (which in kg) to be inputed in to new setup of EGR which is in mass fraction
COnversion of Kg of emission to mass fraction

In files thermo.out (for entire domain), thermo_region0.out (for region 0), etc.. we list the mass of gas in that region. You can use this total mass to normalize the emission mass values to arrive at mass fractions
