Hello,

I'm working on an IC engine simulation and the cyclic valve events are not showing up in the timing map. Even keeping visibility ON for events only under Timing Map > Edit > Settings in Converge Studio doesn't show valve events on the timing map.

Does anyone know what could be the issue?

You can shift these (pink) cyclic events by their cyclic length with the mouse wheel, just select the right row and scroll.

Furthermore, either clicking "refresh" or "reset" should bring your cyclic events back on the timing map.

Hi Tobias,

I tried the old uninstall and install Studio again but the problem persists. I can other entities on the timing map but not the events, even though I can see them in the case setup.

Are these open/close events or valve type events? Another easy way to check if it is an issue with the Studio installation would probably be to open up an example case and see if you can see the cyclic events in the timing map.

I'm talking specifically about the valve events. Even for the example cases, valve events are not visible, and if I select only Events in Timing Map > Edit, the map is blank.
