MAYH is on a distinguished road
I am simulating a typical simulated by Maxwell software.
In the first step I simulated a solenoid with air core. The results corresponds with theorical simulations.
When I replaced the air core with a ferrite, theorical calculation reveals that H field should be the same as previus while B field increases with the respect to mu_r value, but the software results is not like this.
In the simulation results, H decreases and B increases but not with respect to mu_r.
In both cases the excitation current is the same.
Can you help me to find the problem?
Regards
