problem with running FlOW-3D

Dear experts
I got a problem with running FLOW-3D. After the installation and licensing, I couldn't open the software and this error appeared :

"Cannot get parameters from preprocessor, exit code '0xffffffffc0000005"

does anyone know how can I fix it?
(laptop, Intel cor0e i5 2.6GHz, window 8, x64)

Check the warning button on the Simulation manager screen.

I am getting this error message after clicking on the icon. How do I go about resolving this issue?

Hi,

All of sudden, I got this message "Cannot connect to SolverRunner. Continuing to try. Could not connect to SolverRunner after 50 attempts.", when I tried to run all my simulation models, which had worked very well before but not now.

Could you let me know how to fix this problem?
