Hello everyone,
I am trying to model the weld pool of a stainless steel metal. i would prefer to only use 2D instead of 3D. I not able to define a heat flux in the boundary and even if i could is there a way to define boundary conditions as function of x? i mean something like a Gaussian distribution of the heat flux. This software looks very capable but unfortunately there is no much tutorials to help new people. i also have seen people mentioning FORTRAN coding. i am good at FORTRAN but couldn't find any tutorials of how create subroutines or custom UDFs in flow-3D.
