In the Muti-phase problem, heat and mass transfer between phase interaction, Gunn equation is available for heat transfer phenomenon which is the function of Nussult number, that gives heat transfer coefficient. In the mass transfer case is it applicable Other Nussult number based on Sherwood number. Because there is not giving Gunn equation. How can I calculate mass transfer coefficient, and how is it incorporates in governing equation.
