Read *.txt file data and use the data in text file to run the case

Hi,

I am writing the UDF that will open a text file and use the force in this text file to calculate the displacement of the body.

Anybody know what kind of command i should use in this case. Our if you have already done, could you give me some support. I include my data file here, it's quite simple
